You can request permanent deletion of your Starvo account. To protect your data, our team verifies account ownership before processing the request.

How to request account deletion

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your Starvo account.

Use the subject "Starvo Account Deletion Request" and include the registered phone number. Never send an OTP, password, or payment-card information.

Complete the verification steps sent by the Starvo team. Deletion is processed after account ownership is verified.
What happens after deletion
- Login access, the user profile, and personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized under Starvo procedures.
- Selected transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Account deletion is permanent. A deleted account and deleted data cannot be restored.
